We have been using Citrix on our NT 4.0 network (just added four Win2K servers) for about two years to deploy AFW to internal and remote users. To avoid file-sharing issues, we're running both server and client on Citrix server--at AFW's suggestion. The internal workstations are mixed OS, but the problem is with Win98 PCs. Recently, we installed Office 2000 on a few machines and now, when we try to print from AFW, we're getting intermittent Spool32.exe errors on Kernel32.dll. I installed latest drivers from HP for the 8100DN printer to no avail. We're frustrated and don't want to have to buy new PCs with Win2k.

Any thoughts would be appreciated.

Thanks.

Usually caused by w/s spooling to a network spooler device. Cure it by setting w/s to print directly to "printer".

Looks like the problem is with McAfee antivirus. I've uninstalled it on all the machines and they're back to normal. Thanks.
