citrix web console

about to put in a few servers for a specific app
i cannot cluster them -

there will be three metaframes and one for sql

is it ok to install just the web console onto the sql server - as if this is dead then getting access is irrelevant
then i can load balance the citrix servers but only allow access via the browser

is the web console a big hit - can it be install without being on a citrix server?
