Citrix vs. Terminal Services

Hey all,

I am wondering what the advantages of Citrix are over terminal services that justify the extra cost. Our company is considering moving to a terminal services platform (maybe using dumb terminal, maybe not), and I am doing some research into it. We are interested in using TS for MS office programs, mainly.

What does Citrix offer that Terminal Services alone doesn't (non-Internet things only)?

Which Windows platform are you running---2000 or 2003?
