CITRIX - viewer

We are using CITRIX on NT4 - SP6 for Info clients
Info works great except for viewer which fails to display the instance. Instance can be viewed using analyzer. Any Ideas??

Open up the Info desktop and click on the tools menu. Select options at the bottom of the list and either check or uncheck the box for 'Page on demand from server'.
Can't remember which way round it is, but it the opposite way to which you have it currently set.
Trust me, I'm a doctor...
