Citrix user profile

One of my client pc's with windows 98 get this error when first connection to a citrix server:

User environment

Windows cannot create profile directory logon.pds. You will be logged on with a local profile only. Changes to the profile will not propagated to the server.
Contact your network administrator.

This is a problem since I can't control his profile from the server. Does anybody have any ideas or links? Thanks.

Check the NTFS permissions on his profile

The user is still able to run the application through citrix but everytime they launch citrix the error pops out. Does anybody have any links or solutions, please help my director wants the answer soon. Thanks

The user's profile does not show up on the citrix server at all which needs to be there, please help.

I think the problem lies more within windows 2000 server terminal service rather than citrix im still looking for clues myself. Does anybody else have any clues? Thank you

Fixed the problem user had a conflicting profile path.
