Citrix user profile issue

Hello!

We're running 2x Metaframe XP servers in a farm, with a Published Application, and everything is OK, well almost.

Once in a while, a user's profile get corrupted, and I have to go and delete the profile on both servers, then recreate the profile.

Well in some cases, the profile is locked, in the sense that when I can not delete the roaming profile (the Delete button is greyed out)

Does anyone know why I can not delete these?
Please get back to me if you need more details, or have any advice.

A quick reboot of the server resolves this and there is a user registry unload tool available to download from MS which can unlock them as well.

PS: The tool is called uphclean and runs as a service.
