A client of ours uses Citrix to connect into his companies server from home. He also uses a VPN to establish the link.

When he is on Citrix he is able to browse the files of his own computer through a mapped drive. He can access all but for no apparent reason he is now unable to open the 'documents and settings' folder so he can access his documents. An error saying it is unable to see the C$ volume or the folders are password protected (which he hasn't set).

Any ideas as to why this is suddenly happening?

His own computeer does not know who he is when he is logged onto the citrix box. If he right clicks the citrix icon in his systray he should be able to set security for his connection.

Cheers
Scott

I tried this and ensured that all security settings were set correctly but it does not seem to have cured it. :-S
