Hi,
I'm posting thisd on behalf of a co-worker who is having a serious Citrix issue .
Recently we merged companies and before our merger, our servers worked fine; however, something has went wrong and we are not having much luck determing the problem.
In a nutshell.
When people log on to citrix and get their desktop, they open outlook 2000. If they have a file attachment and try to open/save it, they get denied with a permissions error. They also get other permission errors with miscellaneous file, etc.
When we look at the user's permissions, they are gone for certain folders, etc. We then fix the permissions and have the users come back in. No surprise, but it works this time. However, the next time they come back in and the same issue happens.
We have 2 citrix servers and a profile server. All service packs are installed and there are no other issues with these machines. To me it sounds like some sort of weird synchronization problem or something.
If anyone has any ideas on this I would appreciate input greatly!
Thank YOu!
