we have remote users logging into the compaq proliant ml370 server through citrix nfuse classic page. When the users remotely login they are getting a delay in all their desktop actions. When they move the mouse around on the desktop of the server it takes forever or even typing takes a long time. Has anyone ever experienced this? Do you know a solution to this problem?

If the server works fine for local access, then your problem is probably WAN latency. What is the connection speed between your remote offices and the Citrix server?

we have 3 T1 lines tied together between our remote office and citrix server site.

Tinatoy;
- What version of the Citrix server software are you running?
- What version of the client are your users working with? Make sure your client connections for the remote site are optimized for WAN connections. Try testing by using the ICA client as opposed to going via NFuse.

As I mentioned, if all is well on the local subnet in terms of accessing the server, it is mostly likely the citrix environment that needs to looked at. You may want to post your issue to the Citrix forum also.
