Citrix signon overwritten by next sigon

We are having a problem using Citrix ICA with Published Applications. We have exhausted all of the Citrix's solutions. What happens is user 1 signs on, User 2 signs on, when user 1 goes into an application i.e. calculator, Outlook, etc. sees user 2's signon. As each subsequent user signs on their profile appears to every user. It appears that a few lines in the profile are incorrect pointing to the main WTRSV path, rather than under the profile. The only possible solution is to delete the profile, this works 50% of the time.
