Citrix Sessions keep minimizing

I have a user whose session keeps minimizing, this is very intermitent and there doesn't seem to be a certain key pressed to make the minimizing happen. I have replaced the wyse terminal and the ketboard which only stopped this happening for a short period but now this problem has returned, can you help?
 
The last Winterms I saw, had a connection manager from which you launched your ICA/RDP session. Once the session started, you had to disconnect to get back to the connection manager. Is this a newer model with a full desktop in the embedded OS? If not, what do you mean by the session minimized?

the terminals are set to connect and bring up the login screen for Citrix when the terminals are powered on. Once logged on this gives the user the session. Now "minimizing", the screen go's to the connection manager (where you click connect to get the login screen)and you can see the user's session on the toolbar at the bottom of the screen (like the session has been minimized). The user can just click back on the session and it re-appears but this happens quite often and is very annoying. any ideas?
 
Do you have other wyse terminals that this does not happen on? You've replaced the device, so that rules it out, but call Wyse support. They're very good with picking up the phone and answering it(lol)... If you haven't updated your firmware and/or ica/rdp clients, they can help you through that... You'll need to create a local ftp server for yourself, but they might have other solutions. Could also be a video issue, maybe try lowering the colors and resolution? Call Wyse if that doesn't work, they should help you out.
