Citrix Session Freezing

We have a farm of approx 12 Citrix Servers. Citrix 1.8 SP3, W2K.

Every so often a users session freezes for no apparent reason. Than can be either local or WAN users. Al users are desktop citrix users.

All other users are OK, processors and memory levels are acceptable.

Any ideas

Have you check the NIC settings. Try hard coding the NIC and switch if you have a switch.
