Citrix Server is unable to process your request

Hi, trying to publish an MS Access application via PS 4.0.

Getting an error " Citrix Server is unable to process your request to start this published application, please try again."

The app is a MS Office Access Project (2003), currently have Office 2003, Windows 2003 Standard with SP1, and PS4.0.

Other published apps on that particular server launch fine.

The only thing I can think of is the command line for starting the app.
