Citrix Send Errors

I'm running three load balanced Metaframe 1.8 SP3 FR1 servers and the Master Browser is experiencing a large amount of send errors. It also is not refreshing screens and suffering many other problems. Does anyone know what the a SendACK or SendError really means? Over an hours time we have
SendAck = 920
SendError = 1740
BytesRead = 827978
BytesWritten = 929236

Are these numbers unreasonably high for an hour?
