I am trying to use published desktop over our internal network and connecting via the web interface. The web interface comes up fine on our internal IP. The problem is once the application (desktop) is launched it connects to port 1494 (which is fine) but the problem is it also connects to our external IP. Why is this? I cannot find where this setting could possibly be. Thanks

norstarboston,
Check your WebInterface configuration.
It is going to be under:

Look under the DMZ-Network Address Translation.
If you see any "x.x.x.x=Alternative" in this section...it will try to launch the published application from web interface to your alternate address (probably your external IP).

Just remove that entry or make an entry for "normal" translation (which means use the internal IP).

Hope that helps.

Sorry . Nevermind. I figured it out. It turns out a former administrator had hardcoded the IP in the Ica template file. Thanks Anyways
