Quick background...Citrix has been installed and working and clients able to connect to published apps for many years. We upgraded SQL2000 to SQL2008 and did not realize that the datastore was tied to SQL Model DB. Long story short i have a small environment so i uninstalled Citrix and reinstalled using access for datastore. Everything is working fine now with the exception of client that connect to the server via Cisco VPN. They get message that they cannot locate the server. I can ping server and telnet to all needed ports (that i know of) I have set altaddr command on server so what am i missing?
