We are using Citrix PS4 with hotfix rollup R02 on windows 2003 server SP1.
We have a problem when the client logs on to the citrix server the printer auto maps straight away, but after a various number of prints the auto mapped printer disappears. User has to log off and on again, but eventually the same problem occurs.
This only happens to the inkjet printers. All the HP LaserJet’s have no issues.
Please let me know if anyone can help on this as it is causing us a lot of problems.
