Citrix - Program Closes After 2 Hours

Hi,

Currently our application is deployed Via citrix, we are having problems in that after 2 hours (to the second) citrix is dumping the program but citrix desktop remains open.

I was wondering if anyone has experianced this? Is there a setting in citrix we need to adjust?

Any ideas at all?

What is the name of the application that is crashing?

Its an application developed by us. Would it matter the actual name?

and to add it is not crashing, its is closing down perfectly. But this only happend under a citrix enviroment. If I run the app under normal desktop enviroments its fine no problems.

I was thinking that maybe you had a session timeout set in Citrix, but then I read you say that Citrix stays open, just the application closes. Is that correct?
Is this a published application through Citrix or do users log onto a Citrix desktop session, then launch the application?

Correct, just the application closes. and its down to the second after 2 hours. But the application runs 100% correctly via a normal desktop.

The user logs in to there own desktop session and then launch the app.

Can they restart the program, or do they have to completely log off?
