I recently profiled an internal application that is using local C drive. Only 3 users are getting the following error:
"An error occurred while starting your application. Please contact your help desk. (0xE000387)"
I tried pretty much everything from reinstalling Citrix Streaming and Hosted Clients to radecache.exe /flushall
In the Debug it says the following:
Starting isolation environment...
Calling StartAIE at 141 ms
StartAIE took 406 ms
StartAIE returned at 547 ms
Sending app-launch failed message to WI server.
Launch Application completed at 547 ms
Sending app-stopped message to WI server...
Running post-exit package-level scripts...
Error starting RAD file - An error occurred while starting your application. Pl
ease contact your help desk.
Does anyone have any ideas?
