Citrix Profile / Outlook Reply Problem

I have numerous users on my XPeFR2 farm who experience problems when they reply to someone's e-mail.

Instead of their name coming as part of the "MARK MY COMMENTS WITH" my name comes up.

Any suggestions??

You may need to look at the registry where it will be picking this info up from.

Is there also not a section where you can set this in outlook?

Its in options/preferences/e-mail options

Mark my comments with is what you/they need to change.

Thanks - I know where and how to change it but my question is more - WHY!? Why are users seeing my name and not their name? Why now - It's been find for 2 years prior to me being here {I've been here for 9 months}.

Where in the registry is this stored? Isn't it on a per user basis?

It sounds like someone may have installed something whilst users were on the system. If you switch the machine into install mode whilst users are on there is no end of the fun that can do.

I've run into this issue before.
I noticed that everytime I would log in as my self and install something, that it would populate my user name for the Office suite.

Our transform file also had "Administrator" for user name when the initial setup starts. REMOVE that...leave the User name or initals part blank. This will prompt the users for their user name and initials when they first launch word, excel or powerpoint.
