Citrix Problem over VPN

All,

I have a problem with Citrix sessions dropping over a VPN connection. Background: We went to a VPN for our WAN back in November of last year, since that time my users in remote locations have there sessions drop off once or twice during the day…. What this also does is create multiple user sessions in the Citrix Server Admin as users are dropped and login again. What will eventually happen is all of my licenses will be used and I have to go in and reset sessions that have been Idle for a while. The Timeout settings are set to no timeout…

If they aren't reconnecting back to there disconnected session you might want to look at this document.

Also you might want to enable keep alives.

And you will want to increase your TcpMaxDataRetransmissions
Default is 5 I would suggest going to 10.
