Citrix Printing problem MPS 3 on w2k3

HI

we are using Citrix MPS 3.0 on w2k3. Our print servers are Novell iprint servers.

After installing and settings by default, when I tried to print some test page from a XP machine's ica(v6.x) session ,the printing throws a error.

But the same priting on same printer from same client machine with RDP just works fine.
I don't understand what could be wrong?

can somebody help?

I don't think any access issue also. I checked printing by setting "use only native print drives" but It doesn't help.
