Citrix Printers

We are using Citrix xenn app web for a user to connect to a terminal server.

He has a local Dell printer which pulls through fine but the next day it drops out and we have to install the printer again locally for it to work.

He does log through a web proxy before connecting but when you have deleted the printer and re-added the printer does show fine after logging into the proxy.

The Dell drivers are all PCL.
