We are having a problem with being able to "see" a particular printer through our citrix app. We're using version 6.3.
I'm told that if I configure a printer on the users PC as default then I should be able to see it in the citrix session. I've done that but I'm not able to see the printer in the citrix session - I've tried rebooting the users pc and then setting the printer and then going into citrix but no luck.
I'm wondering if the default is set up somewhere else.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
