Citrix PRINT Driver's issue

Can anybody direct how to and where to download Printer drivers for Sharp-AR-M450 which could be used in Citrix environment without any issue. As lot of people know that original Sharp drivers are not very good to use in Terminal Server and Citrix environments. Our server crashed frequently because of these print drivers. Now we are using Generic drivers from LaserJet 5Si which works but the actual controls, like tray # 3 = actually # 2 and tray 1 = tray 3. Can anybody please assist? I'm new to Citrix so please bear with me.

SamDazz,
First of all...which version of Citrix are you using.
If you are using 4.5, they have the new print subsystem that will use the print driver on the client versus the one on the server.

Either way..you can simply use the universal print driver and see how it prints. You can map the print driver name to whatever print driver you have on the server and test it out.
