Citrix Presentation Sevrer XP FR3 & SQL 2005

Hi I'm fairly new to Citrix, but I have to setup a single Citrix Presentation XP FR3 server on our network, but I need to use an MS SQL 2005 server as the data store.

I have tried installing the presentation serevr, but I get an error when I get to the database setup screen. It only seems to be able to use the built in SQL client. The newer SQL Native Client for v2005 doesn't appear in the list of available DB clients.

Can anyone tell me if it's possible to use SQL 2005 with Presentation Server XP FR3? IF so, how do I get it to work?

Hi,

SQL 2005 is not supported for MF XP.
You can use Access instead.

PS 4.5 supports SQL 2005
