Citrix Presentation Server 4 and 1 User......

I have a single citrix server that runs Presenation Server 4 RollUP 3 on Windows 2003.
Most users who are using this server do not experience any issues. But I have 1 user, who despite my best efforts and hours of research, continually runs the citrix ship aground on point rocks
This user has had numerous printer issues. (The current issue is Printers are created however the server seems to forget the printer is loaded and when the user trys to print from any application, the app reports that no printers are available...I open up Printers and Faxes and there the printer sits (no default print selected) and i can print test pages just fine) The problems extend to some of our home grown .NET applications as well. Permissions misteriously disapear. No other users have reported any issues ( i have actually spoken to a few to be sure they are not going unspoken).
Any input would be appreciated as i am new to citrix and have only sat through 1 class.

I would try deleting the users profile on the citrix server and having it recreate, since it seems to be a user specific problem they may have a corrupt profile. Also make sure that the user is using the latest version of the citrix client.
