OK, first off I am a Newb when it comes to system admin. I was just hired to be the IT Admin at a firm. They know I don't have much experience and they want me to learn on the job. This is where your help begins.

My problem is I am trying to figure out how to limit a remote user from accessing almost everything when the login using Citrix. I want to disable all the drives that are local and on the LAN. I have been trying to figure out how to use Policies in both Citrix MetaFrame XP and windows 2000. I have made policies, but when I expect them to be implemented, they don't make a difference when the test user I made logs on. It would be great if anyone has any suggestions. I know how to make the policies, now I just need them to work now. Thanks.

You can control mapping of drives and printers to some degree, on the Environment tab of the user's AD account.

I'm all set with this problem. Thanks for the response.
