Ok, I've just installed a new Exchange 2003 server, and I'm feeling pretty damn smug. I decide to look at my work email just as I'm about to go to bed, and see that the MD is informing me that he can't access his mail through Citrix:-(

Basically I thought when the users used outlook in their citrix, it would remap to the new exchange (the old exch is off). How can I get the citrix outlook to automatically remap to the new exchange server?

I really don't want to have to go through a couple of hundred users, or send an email out.

Aye Ready....well, maybe ;)

I had to delete this key to get outlook working on Windows 2003 SP1 and Exchange 2003 :

HKLM\Software\Citrix\CtxHook\AppInit_DLLS\speedscreen\outlook.exe

You might also need to delete this key to get Internet Explorer working :

HKLM\Software\Citrix\CtxHook\AppInit_DLLS\speedscreen\iexplore.exe

Hi

You can use the Office Resource kit to create an outlook profile that maps to the new Exchange Server.

You can then provide this outlook profile to each user. There are several ways: logonscripts, outlook profilewizard etc.
