I'm having kind of a wierd problem with the OS X Citrix Client. I'll log into a session and after 10 minutes of being idle it locks. A Server 2003 Login window pops up saying "This computer is in use and has been locked. Only (user) or an administrator can unlock this computer." The session is still active at this point and once you enter your username and password you can pick up your session where you left off.

I have disabled all screen/power savers and I can't seem to find any sort of configuration setting in Terminal Server, Citrix, or OS X that fixes this. If anyone has any ideas I'd love to hear them, because I'm stumped.

On the client's macs, get them to check
Apple menu | System Preferences | Hardware | Energy Saver

The time out will be about the time set for the computer to sleep when inactive, that's when they got logged out.

Get them to set it for longer 3hrs or never.

I hope this helps.
