Hi Folks

Been a while since i posted - but was struggling for people to answer my question.

I work in a school, and we are moving to a thin client solution and a central application delivery system. There will be around 700 devices and various applications.

The question i have is, I have to products on the table- Citrix or another one. Citrix is the great and has a good following but is expensive. The other product i have only just heard of, but does mostly the same as Citrix - Termibal server based application delivery, but is about a quater of the price for the licence.

Any one ideas who can purswade me to go for Citrix or ericom
Thanks

Chris

Personally I would go with Citrix, it is the market leader and there are a large number of resources available to help you with it. In the end though your best bet is to run a trial of both software packages and see which one will work best with your environment.

What are your needs? For what purposes will you be using a Citrix-type solution?

You might even consider good old Terminal Services, but it depends upon your situation and environment.
