I have a user who connects to a Citrix server owned by another company in our group. She connects through our company Firewall and is having problems launching the published applications.

Previously, we had no problem with this connection as they were using Nfuse 1.5 servers going over port 1494. Now, they've upgraded to Nfuse16 and use port 443 to connect. Although the user can logon to the Nfuse Server over a https connection, she can't launch a published application. It times out with error "The citrix server is not available, please try again later". Other compannies don't seem to have this problem (aside from one) and I've tried everything possible to make the connection.

Can anyone help?

Found the solution here on tek-tips.

Add 'ProxyType=Auto' to Nfuse ica file.
