Citrix (NFuse) clients disconnecting

Users are able to log into Citrix server through NFuse Classic without trouble. Citrix server is NT 4 Terminal Server with MetaFrameXP.

But if they are not working in published app for about 30 minutes they get disconnected. If they go to resume working they get the following:

Error in Connection
Network or dialup problems are preventing communication with the Citrix server. An attempt to automatically restore the connection will begin after a delay to the network server. (They can click "Connnect Now" or "Cancel")

The session timeouts on the NFuse server are set very high and the Timeout Settings on the Citrix server are set to No Timeout. The WAN connection from clients to servers are stable.

Have seen another thread where users could not connect at all and get above error, but in this instance they can connect and will stay connected if working steadily but get disconnected after short period if they are not actively using the app(s) in Citrix.

An FYI, we did upgrade the network from NT 4 (PDC/BDCs) to Win2K AD and problem seems to have started then. However no changes were made on the Citrix server itself.

Thanks for help.
