Citrix - Need to send scrolling messages

Just looking for a solution that would allow us to send a scrolling message across the citrix metaframe XP network.
We have both citrix and PC users and multiple servers.
Ideally the PC user (Supervisor) would be able to create the message and send to the agents on citrix and or PC's

I am just doing the research and I know very little about Citrix - my job is (Phone Guy.

If anyone has suggestions - website, company name, or product please respond.

Scrolling message? or did you mean sending messages via the ICA sessions which you can do by right licking on the ica sessions and sending messages as required...?

Sometimes, you just have to forget your head and grab your balls ...!
