Citrix multiple login prompts after initial login

I have 2 users (on WYSE devices) that once logged in get reprompted about every 2 minutes. If they enter creds into the new prompt it starts another complete session. I can't seem to figure out what could be causing this. Checked the WYSE config (set to not reconnect), Citrix servers, and accounts and see nothing. Any recommendations would be welcome. Thanks!

Strange, issue seemed to fix itself... or at least no longer happening.
