Citrix Mixed Farm XP vs PS4

Hi,

We are in the process of planning an upgrade to PS4a from an XPa environment, however we are required to keep two of our servers at XPa.

We have no requirment for printing on these two XPa's but does anyone know of any issues (Aside from printing) with having mixed licensing.

Have already researched the licensing, but have found now specific documents that say no.

Any input welcome.

I ran PS3 and XP in a mixed mode like this for six months without any issue. Remember XP stores the licensing information in the data store so you will need to maintain the existing Farm to carry on using this licensing information.

Thanks Terry, we are going to keep 10 or so licenses in the farm and then migrate the rest to PS4 and run them off the license server.

Thanks for your input, glad to know other people have done it. Cant find a single document on it from Citrix tho.
