Citrix Metaframe XP 2

Hello Gurus out there. I am having a problem that I am hoping someone out there can help me with. I have a Windows 2000 Server running Cirtix MetaFrame XP. My Event Viewer is fillng up with "LicenseService Event ID=213 "Replication of license information failed because the License Logging Service on server \\DC could not be contacted." in the Application log. The DC is a Windows 2003 X64 Server. A few months back we upgraded from from an NT4 PDC to 2003 Active Directory running in mixed mode.
I verified that the License Logging service is running and that the Server is pingable by IP and Name. I am also getting a Terminal Services error in the System Log stating that It could not locate a License server Event ID=1010. I am still getting acclamated to Active Directory and have a lot to learn. A lot of it is coming as a result of trial by fire. The upgraded to 2003 was down by an outside company. Any suggestions?

I would disable the Windows License server service altogether on each server. For Terminal Services you do need to have a license server, but note that this is seperate from a Windows License Server.
