Citrix Metaframe XP FR2

I installed W2k Server as a stand alone, configured the Active Directory, installed Citrix and FR2. Now when I go in the CMC and try to publish an application, I come to the part where you add the users you want to have access to the application. When I try to add a user I had created in the AD it comes up with the following error.

Cannot collect required user account information for some or all users.

I'm logged in as the administrator. Please help.
