Citrix Metaframe training

Is anyone aware of any web sites that provide free online training or tutorials for citrix metaframe.....I need to get to grips very quickly with this but cannot go on training courses....<br><br>Thankyou.....

Sorry Paul......I am in the UK....I would love to come to California for training but I can't see it being justified !!
