Citrix Metaframe 1.8 Server

I am experiencing a problem with Citrix Metaframe 1.8 Server Service Pack 3 running on a Windows 2000 Server Service Pack 2.
The problem is that we have had the Program Neighbourhood application crash a few times with the error message memory could not be written.
I am looking at the hotfix MJ181W001.exe as this solves a problem with a registry key. Has anyone else experienced a similar problem and seen a good fix?
