Citrix Metafram XP users getting old profiles

The setup is Citrix Metaframe XP , a farm comrpised of 4 servers running Windows 2003. When users login into one of the Citrix servers they recieve an old profile. However when they log into the other three servers they recieve a current profile. Help!!!!

Are you using roaming profile ? If yes, seems like users cannot copy to their temp profile folder in SYS drive of that citrix server. Authority permission problem, will check NTFS. Try login directly on the server's console as user and try create a file in their "my document" folder.
