Citrix Maintenance Plans

I currently have a Citrix Farm of 10 server which are running Windows 2000 Server and XP FR2. I need to put in place a running maintenance plan which will benefit the smooth running of the server, and could do with some ideas as i have come to a dead end on this matter.

Any ideas would be very usefull

Well first you want to get yourself to FR3 & SP3

Make sure you got iddentical server hardware.
Make a test server with your monthly updates.
Have a couple of users that will test if the updates work the way they should.
Clone it to the other servers following citrix offical guide lines.
make sure you got the old image, so you can roll back if you get unlucky (SP4F***)
Probably wanna go 2003 server.
