Citrix login twice

We just upgraded to Presentation Server 4.5. We have 2 factor authentication set up because we use RSA also. Problem: Each time a user logs into Citrix, they are required to authenticate with domain name and password in order to launch any apps. Can we turn this off so that they're only required the initial login?
