Citrix Logging

I have been using Citrix Logging for Citrix Metaframe XP for some time. I am less then happy with its capabilities, and information it provides.

For instance the Log shows the time someone logged in, but not the date. Also the Management Console must be on and Logging turned on for data to be gathered.

Is there a better way to get usage information similar to what the logging feature provides, or can the log be enhanced to provide more data.

Your assistance is appreciated.

Would you be open to using a third party tool to accomplish this logging task?

I am sure you could write as part of the login script something into the event log. Or Use Resource Manager if you can. What about switching on security for log ons and lofoffs
