I need to upgrade one of my Citrix XP licenses. I have signed into my Citrix and viewed my Citrix licenses. I then selected the option to view licenses that are eligible for a family edition upgrade.
I then selected the serial number of the license I wish to upgrade then clicked on Generate Report. It then advises me to save the report and attached it to a purchase order and send it to my Citrix vendor to complete the upgrade transaction.
As it has been seven years since I have had to upgrade a Citrix license, could someone please advise me if this is the correct way to upgrade a Citrix license to the latest version of Citrix?
