Citrix Licensing Redundency

Does citrix have any way of sorting the above problem e.g. when licences are installed on two seperate servers (server1 -> 30) (server2 -> 30) if server1 goes down how can I get access to 60 citrix client logons.

If the licenses are pooled, this shouldn't be a problem.
