Citrix License Server Problem

I'm running the license server on a windows 2003 enterprise server. When I try to open up the license console, I get a blank screen. I looked in the application log in the event viewer and this is what it says:

Event ID: 764

[1684] Wrong hostid on SERVER line in license file: C:\Program Files\Citrix\Licensing\MyFiles\license_20040924090310.lic. HOSTID specified, HOSTNAME=PROD-SERVER24, does no match actual: HOSTNAME=prod-server24.

Your help in resolving this is greatly appreciated.

Be sure you uses the exact Hostname of your server in the license file. The file is case-sensitive!

I am not sure if you can change the file, but it is case sensitive, You may need to re get your license file and put the server name in in lower case.
