Citrix License Issue

We planning a contigency site for our production environment
One of the issues we haven't resoved is how we use our existing Citrix License on Contigency server. Is the a procedure to deactive my citrix license on Production server and activate on back-up server?

Simply backup the datastore and restore it back onto the backup server. If you use SQL you could have the datastore sitting on a failover cluster or you could have some replication setup.
