Citrix is unable to process your request to start.......

Hi,
I have 2 Citrix XP servers set up as a farm. My problem is this. Last week the first server's temp license ran out. The second server was configured a few days later so it still worked. I set up the Terminal License Service and activated the server and the 30 license. If a user logs in for a published app and gets server2 everything is fine, If they get server1, it logs them on then just gives a blue desktop backround, then after a few minutes the user will recieve the following error "The citrix server is unable to process your request to start this published application at this time. Please try again later. If the problem persits contact your administrator" this only happens on published apps. Full desktop works perfect on both servers.
 
I have searched Citrix's website and found my answer. It was a reg edit.

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\WindowsNT\CurrentVersion\Winlogon
AppSetup = REG_SZ:
Data = USRLOGON.CMD,CMSTART.EXE

Had to add the CMSTART.exe
