Citrix Installation Manager - compatibility scripts

Got a question about the Citrix Installation Manger for Citrix XP. I ran the packager wizard and ran the Office 97 setup program. Then selected the compatibility script to use. Sent it to a different Citrix server to install. My question is how can I be sure the compatibility script ran? Is there anything different when the Citrix App Mgr takes care of it all (running the script)?
